About Cooler Coast Air

Cooler Coast Air handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, and ducted air conditioning for homes around Pimpama, Queensland. Tom and his team are the names locals keep passing along, and chat to anyone who's used them and you'll hear about work done tidily and crews who turn up when they say they will.

People who've had them out talk about the little things that matter: showing photos of what's happening up in the roof so you actually understand the problem, explaining technical issues in plain language, and keeping you informed from start to finish. One homeowner mentioned Tom diagnosing a non-working ducted unit and sorting the repair the same day, even cleaning the filters and adding a deodoriser. Another had a slow leak traced to an unsealed piece of piping and fixed before winter set in. That kind of care, along with neat, clean installs and fair pricing, is why people get in touch back for the next job and point their family their way.

Emergency call-outs are part of what they offer, so if a unit packs it in during a heatwave they're worth getting on the phone. Hours can vary, so it's best to check availability and timing with them directly when you call. The reputation around Pimpama is that they're friendly and efficient both on the tools and in your home.
