Why Choose Bears Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Services?

Bears Refrigeration brings proven reliability to split system and ducted work, with technicians who show up when promised and explain the job clearly. The team is well known for emergency call-outs and for keeping customers informed from start to finish, making them a solid choice for homes and businesses across Rocksberg.

About Bears Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Services

Bears Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Services is the mob people call when their air conditioning gives out and they want it sorted properly. The business has been trading since 1989, and the team brings more than 30 years in the industry to the work. They handle split system installation, ducted air conditioning, repairs and servicing, commercial jobs and emergency breakdowns, so they cover homes and businesses alike.

What comes up again and again is how well they keep people in the loop. Folks who've had them out mention technicians who turn up on time, explain what's going on with the unit before they start, and talk through options rather than rushing to the biggest fix. One local had a ducted system diagnosed and repaired for a good deal less than another place had quoted, after that first repairer pointed to a pricier part. That kind of straight talk keeps customers coming back.

The names behind the work get mentioned warmly too. Brad in the office tends to be the one who calls back, and technicians like Dave, Andy, Justin and David get singled out for being easy to deal with and thorough on the job. Several people point out that the bill matched the quote, and more than one has called them back for a second job after being happy the first time. The team cleans up when they're done, which households and businesses both appreciate.

They offer a 24/7 emergency breakdown service, handy when an aircon packs it in during the heat or just before the holidays. The business holds ARC refrigerant handling and QBCC contractor licences among others. If you need a system installed, serviced or repaired in Rocksberg, ring ahead or get in touch.
