About BG Electrical & Air Con

BG Electrical & Air Con is owned and operated by Brad and Ash Gall, who are fully licensed refrigeration mechanics and licensed electricians, and the business handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted air conditioning for homes across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Queensland. Their own line sums up the approach nicely: air conditioning installation by people you'll actually enjoy having in your home.

Check with anyone who's had them out and the same points come up: the team turns up when they say they will, stays in touch through the job, and leaves the place clean. People talk about installers who cut holes and do serious work yet manage to clear away the dust and mess so you'd barely know they'd been. One local had a nineteen-year-old ducted system swapped out for a large Mitsubishi unit with multiple zones and app control, and praised how the crew knew their products and thought carefully about where everything should go. Another was impressed they routed a split system through thick concrete walls with no visible conduits inside, talking through alternative solutions before getting started.

Brad's name comes up a lot in the good stories, from prompt, clear quotes to patience helping with body corporate approval. We've heard from people who had a tired ducted system brought back to life and from new-build owners who leaned on the team for the whole fit-out. The impression around Seventeen Mile Rocks is that they're easy to deal with, friendly and genuinely tidy, the kind of crew people are happy to book again for the next job.

It's fair to say not every job has gone perfectly, and one person had a frustrating run after a maintenance clean, so it's worth being clear on scope when you book. For installs and servicing of split and ducted systems, they're a strong local choice. Check in with them or contact them.
