About South QLD Air Conditioning

South QLD Air Conditioning is a family-owned business that has become a real local favourite around Springwood, Queensland, and for good reason. They handle split system installation, ducted air conditioning, servicing and repairs, and commercial work, along with emergency breakdowns when a unit packs it in. The team brings over 35 years of experience to the job, covering everything from a small bedroom or office install through to systems for larger homes and commercial buildings. They hold ARC Licence AU37683.

People who've had them out talk about technicians who turn up on time, keep things clean and tidy, and explain exactly what's going on before they get stuck in. We hear plenty about problems other outfits couldn't sort being fixed properly, with faulty parts tracked down and jobs done without fuss, even on older ducted units well past their prime. One local who'd just bought a home with a poorly running system had a technician out the next day, and the repair was handled sensibly given the age of the unit.

Sandra, Dave and the team come up again and again by name, and folks mention fair, reasonable pricing alongside the workmanship. Whether it's annual cleans across a few units, a straight replacement, or a new energy-efficient ducted system, they're the kind of air conditioning technician people call back and recommend to family. The admin side gets a good word too, with the office responsive about bookings and servicing.

If you can't get through straight away, leave a message and they'll get back to you. For an install, a repair or regular servicing in Springwood and across South Queensland, contact them and get in touch.
