About Tripwire Electrical

Around the Sunshine Coast, Tripwire Electrical has built a strong name for air conditioning work, and people keep calling them back for the next job. They handle split system installation and turn up for emergency breakdowns, with 24/7 emergency call-outs on offer when something gives out at an awkward hour. Alongside the aircon side, the team takes on broader electrical jobs including switchboard upgrades and solar installation across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.

The word around the Coast is that Steve and his crew, including Lewis and Jordan, are an easy team to have in the house. People mention them turning up on time and keeping in touch throughout, so you know what to expect, what it will cost and when the work will be done. One local put it simply: the bill matched the quote, and the place was left tidier than they found it. That care shows up again and again, with folks pointing to precise, clean work and a team happy to explain things and offer sensible advice on products.

They also get credit for sorting problems properly the first time and for following up afterwards to make sure a new system is running as it should. Plenty of households have had them back for multiple jobs, which tells you a fair bit about how the work holds up.

Tripwire Electrical holds an electrical contractors licence (85804), a refrigerant trading authorisation and a refrigeration handling licence, and the business is fully insured. For a split system install or an emergency fix on the Sunshine Coast, contact them and check in with them.
