About Zero Degrees Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

Zero Degrees Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is a locally owned and operated family business in Toowoomba City, Queensland, and the man most people around town deal with is Neil. The team brings over 20 years in the trade, covering split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, and commercial work for offices, clubs and schools, along with commercial refrigeration. They also run a 24/7 commercial refrigeration breakdown service for when something goes down outside normal hours.

What locals keep coming back to is Neil's honesty. More than one person has told the story of being quoted a full replacement by another company, only for Neil to take a proper look, fix the existing unit and save them a serious sum. People appreciate that he explains the problem clearly, lays out exactly what needs doing, and advises on keeping things maintained rather than reaching for the biggest sale. That kind of straight talk is why people tell their friends to call him and no one else.

On the job itself, folks mention that he and the team turn up when they say they will, keep in touch through the process, and leave the place clean and tidy. Several households have had a new aircon installed and been pleased with how neat and professional the whole thing was, and one even had Neil quietly pop a fallen door back on its hinge while he was there. For investment properties, people have found he works well with tenants too. What you hear around Toowoomba is that he is courteous, efficient and good company to have in the house.

If opinion is anything, it is overwhelmingly warm, with one local calling his workmanship quality hard to beat. The business serves domestic, commercial and industrial customers, so call Neil to talk through your job and check in with them, and check timing for any urgent breakdown when you ring.
