About Elite Electrical Maintenance and Airconditioning

Run by Blaide Knox and Stuart Helmreich, Elite Electrical Maintenance and Airconditioning is a family-run team working out of Virginia, Queensland, handling split system installation, repairs and servicing, and ducted air conditioning alongside their electrical work. Blaide and Stuart bring more than 15 years on the tools between them, and the business holds a licensed electrical contractor licence (1503699) along with an ARC licensed technician on the team, and they are fully insured.

Ask anyone who's had the air conditioning side out and the stories tend to run the same way: the crew turns up when they said they would, talks you through what they are about to do, then gets on with it cleanly. People have mentioned Bryn and Cooper servicing a ducted system and leaving everything tidy, checking it was all running properly before they packed up. That thoroughness is a thread that runs through their work, whether it is a split system going in or a bigger install. One thing locals keep coming back to is how clear the pricing is up front, with the business working to a flat-fee quote where the number on the quote is the number on the invoice.

The communication gets a lot of mention around Virginia too. Flynn is a name that comes up often for the way he explains options and keeps things straightforward from the first phone call, and the technicians who follow through on the job earn the same kind of praise for being polite, respectful and quick to answer questions. People talk about jobs being done to a high standard and then calling the team back for the next one, which tells you plenty.

Elite also runs a 24/7 after-hours team, and the business identifies as LGBTQ+ friendly. For timing and availability, it is best to get in touch and ask. If you need air conditioning installed, repaired or serviced in Virginia, this is a team locals rate highly and happily recommend to each other.
