Chillcraft Air-conditioning & Refrigeration

Around the Victor Harbour area, Chillcraft Air-conditioning & Refrigeration has become a real local favourite, and once you hear how people talk about Jacob it is easy to understand why. The team handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted air conditioning, and they take on everything from a quick diagnosis to a full ducted reverse cycle fit-out.

What locals keep coming back to is the way the job actually runs. People who have had them out mention a quote that matched the final bill, turning up when they said they would, and being kept in the loop from the first phone call through to the clean-up afterwards. More than one person has praised how tidy the work is left, with the area cleaned down before the team heads off. We've also heard of tricky installations, like an upper-floor unit, handled without fuss, and plenty of faults sorted on the first visit rather than dragging out.

The impression around Hayborough is that they are good in a pinch too. Emergency call-outs are part of what they do, and people tell stories of Jacob answering the phone on a weekend or fitting them in at short notice when a split system gave out at the worst possible time. When a repair makes more sense than a replacement, he is known for laying out the options clearly and not pushing anyone into a new unit.

Roland also gets a mention for coming back to finish off a ducted service, so there is more than one capable set of hands here. If you need an air conditioning technician in Hayborough, South Australia, Chillcraft is worth a try. Get in touch and check timing with Jacob directly.
