About Ultima Air

Ultima Air is an air conditioning specialist working out of Malvern, South Australia, and the local view around the eastern and inner south suburbs is that they are a team people trust with tricky jobs. Their work covers split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, and commercial systems, with a focus on residential and light commercial work.

Wayne brings over 38 years' experience in the industry, and it shows in the way the jobs are planned. People who've had them out talk about the care taken with design: airflow that actually works, clever solutions for awkward spaces like attic conversions and bulkheads, and systems chosen to suit the home rather than a one-size approach. One local has praised how the team project-manages the other trades involved, lining up electricians, plasterers and painters so the whole job comes together neatly.

Josh and the crew get mentioned often too, especially for walking people through new control systems once everything is in. Locals point to clear communication from the first phone call, tidy work, turning up when they say they will, and sorting problems first time. The team can handle emergency call-outs as well, so it's worth checking timing with them directly.

Ultima Air is an active member of the Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air conditioning & Heating (AIRAH). Between the honest advice and the quality of the finished systems, it's obvious why people contact them back for the next job and happily point their neighbours their way. If you need a new system designed or an old one brought up to scratch, check in with them or get in touch.
