Why Choose The Heat Pump Shop?

The Heat Pump Shop earns strong local trust for taking the diagnostic approach, when other companies write off a unit, this team often gets it running again. They handle split system installation, repairs, servicing and commercial air conditioning, and are known for turning up on time, communicating through the job, and delivering lasting fixes. Carrying an Occupational Licence and Refrigerant Trading Authorisation, they work with Daikin and other brands.

About The Heat Pump Shop

The Heat Pump Shop handles heating and cooling across Goodwood, Tasmania, from split system installation and reverse cycle units through to repairs, servicing, preventative maintenance and commercial air conditioning. They work with Daikin systems and others, and they carry an Occupational Licence (OCCLIC no. 943761) along with a Refrigerant Trading Authorisation (AU01654).

What locals appreciate most is the honest, practical approach. More than one household has had a heat pump written off by another company only to have the crew here get it running again, and there are several stories of the team talking people through a simple reset over the phone rather than booking an unnecessary call-out. That kind of straight advice is why people here keep them in mind for the next job. We've heard the names Andrew, Tania, Nigel and Marty come up for being friendly and knowing their work, with installs left tidy and tricky conditions handled without fuss.

They turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop, and plenty of folks mention a fault sorted on the first visit. Emergency call-outs are part of what they do, which counts for a lot in a Tasmanian winter when the heating goes down. The word around Goodwood leans firmly positive, though opinion is a little split on the odd quote coming in higher than expected, so it is a sensible option up front and checking timing with them directly.

For a heat pump that needs installing, fixing or servicing, The Heat Pump Shop is an experienced local team worth calling.
