Extrordinair

Based in Airport West, ExtrordinAir handles heating and cooling for homes and businesses right across Melbourne's north and west, and it's the kind of air conditioning technician that people keep calling back for the next job. The team supplies and installs split systems and multi-head units, fits ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning and evaporative cooling, looks after gas and electric ducted heating, and takes on repairs, servicing and commercial work. They carry ARCtick and VBA accreditation, and the technicians are licensed and insured. Word around the north-west is that they bring 25 years of experience to the trade.

What comes through again and again is how smooth they make the whole thing, from the first phone call to the finished job. Locals talk about clear communication from the office and quoting staff, technicians who turn up when they say they will, and work that gets explained properly before they leave. One household had a ducted heating fault sorted the same day they called. Another had a tired old heater quoted, swapped out and running better within the one visit. People mention the tidy finish too: everything cleaned up and left spotless once the job's done.

The value side gets a good wrap as well. More than one local has pointed to competitive pricing and a bill that lands where the quote said it would, and free quotes are part of how they work. Folks who've had multiple systems put in over the years, ducted heating, ducted cooling and splits, say they wouldn't hesitate to get in touch back. Emergency breakdown repairs are on the list too, so it's an option to consider if your system drops out when you need it most.

We have heard the odd grumble about getting a call back on a follow-up, but the general run of word on ExtrordinAir is a warm one. Contact them to talk through your system or book a quote.
