Klean Air Aus are liked in the area for deep cleaning and sanitising ducted and split systems, with a strong reputation for turning up on time and leaving the place spotless. About Klean Air Aus

Klean Air Aus is the name people around Bayswater bring up when their split systems or ducted air conditioning need a proper clean and sanitise, and they have built a genuine local following doing exactly that. They work on split systems and ducted setups for homes, and across Victoria they also look after commercial and industrial sites, from aged care facilities and schools to hotels, restaurants and medical surgeries. Alongside the cleaning and sanitising, they handle repairs and servicing, so a unit that is running poorly can be sorted out rather than just wiped down.

The thing that keeps coming up is how much grime and mould they pull out of units people assumed were fine. More than one local has described being genuinely shocked at the before-and-after, and the air feeling noticeably cleaner once the team has been through. Technicians here take the time to show you what they have found and explain how the system works, which goes a long way. People mention Justin, Grant, Shannon and others on the team by name, usually in the same breath as words like thorough, careful and friendly. One local summed up the Grant experience simply: the family warmed to him from the moment he walked in the door.

The steady word is that they turn up when they say they will, keep in touch about the job, and leave the place clean and tidy afterwards. The team is fully insured and trained to work in line with Australian Government Health Regulations, which matters given how much of their work lands in medical and aged care settings. Honest, practical advice gets a mention too, and several locals say the pricing feels fair for the result.

If you have been putting off a clean, this is the kind of air conditioning business in Bayswater that people call back for the next unit. Give them a call to talk through what you need and check in with them.
