About Soft Cool Refrigeration & Air con

Soft Cool Refrigeration & Air con looks after commercial refrigeration and air conditioning for businesses around Berwick, Victoria, covering repairs, servicing, installation and the kind of emergency breakdowns that can shut a kitchen or shop down fast. Their work runs across cool rooms, freezer rooms, display fridges and other commercial refrigeration gear, and they hold an ARC tick licence along with a 24/7 emergency call-out service worth asking about when something goes down out of hours.

The business has operated in Melbourne since 2002, and local operators call on Sam and his team for repairs and servicing. We've heard from shop owners who've relied on them for years, and the word around Berwick is that they turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop, and often carry the parts to sort the problem on the spot. One local told of their main fridge dying in the heat and the team arriving quickly to save the day before closing time, explaining afterwards how to avoid it happening again. That mix of being reliable, honest and genuinely handy with a diagnosis is why businesses get in touch back for the next job.

A few people mention fair pricing and a willingness to come out on short notice, which matters when stock is at risk. It's fair to say opinion isn't unanimous, and we've heard the odd grumble about getting a call back, but the steady run of operators who've stayed with them for years speaks to a strong local standing.

If you run a business in Berwick and need refrigeration or commercial air conditioning sorted, it's worth a try to talk through the job and check timing with them directly.
