About Advance Heating and Cooling

Advance Heating and Cooling has been keeping Melbourne homes and businesses comfortable for thirty years, and around Braybrook it is the kind of air conditioning technician people call back when the next job comes up. Based in Braybrook, Victoria, the team handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, commercial work and emergency breakdowns, along with evaporative coolers, reverse cycle units and gas heating. It is a licensed, in-house crew, so the people who quote the job tend to be the people who see it through.

Much of the good word locally comes back to Frank, who runs the onsite inspections. People who have had him out mention how carefully he listens and how honestly he advises, pointing them to a unit that actually suits the home rather than a bigger system than they need. One local came to Frank after months of frustration with another company and finally got the heating sorted. He is also known for working through the current government rebates and making that side of things straightforward.

The installations earn just as much praise. We hear again and again about crews turning up when they said they would, working tidily, and leaving the place so clean you would never know trades had been in. One person had a reverse cycle ducted system put in with barely a dent in a work-from-home day, with teams working together to get it done. The work covers everything from a single split system to multiple units, zoning and wifi setups, and plenty of people mention the follow-up afterwards to fine-tune the settings. Several have had them out more than once over the years.

Fair, competitive quotes come up often too, and the honesty is what keeps bringing people back. They keep weekday hours and offer after-hours emergency call-outs, so it is worth a call to check availability for your job.
