Service Today Melbourne

Service Today Melbourne works out of Campbellfield and covers air conditioning alongside their plumbing work, handling split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and breakdowns when something gives out unexpectedly. They run call-outs 24/7, so if a system packs it in at an awkward hour, they are a team to keep in mind. It is always worth asking for a quote and talking through pricing up front before any work goes ahead.

Ask those who've had them out and a few names come up again and again. Eric gets a lot of mention for being thorough and friendly, taking the time to walk through the options and explain the scope before getting stuck in. We've heard the same about Taz, who worked a full day to finish a job properly and left the place spotless, and about Josh, who called ahead and turned up early rather than keeping the household waiting. People appreciate that the technicians keep in touch and talk plainly about what needs doing.

The things locals rate them for are consistent: turning up when they say they will, clear communication from the first phone call through to the finished job, and tidy work that leaves a home as clean as they found it. Booking tends to be straightforward, and the reception side of things gets warm words too.

Fairness being the point of a listing like this, we'll note that opinion is genuinely split on pricing, and some locals have felt quotes came in higher than expected and gone elsewhere for the actual repair. Worth getting the costs in writing and comparing before you commit. What is clear is that the business follows things up: their customer care manager has stepped in to sort out concerns and put matters right. For straightforward air conditioning work in Campbellfield with a team that communicates well, they are a sensible option.
