About Tailored Heating & Cooling Solutions

Tailored Heating & Cooling Solutions is an air conditioning contractor working across Melbourne, Victoria, and the word around Croydon South is that they handle a job properly from the first conversation to the follow-up afterwards. They install and service split systems, fit ducted reverse cycle and gas ducted heating, take on evaporative cooling, multi-head splits, hydronic heating and VRV systems, and they look after commercial work too. There is an electrical side as well, including solar power, which is handy when a job needs trades working together.

What people come back to again and again is how organised the whole thing feels. Locals talk about technicians turning up when they said they would, keeping them posted as the work progressed, and leaving the place spotless once the unit was up and running. One person described a ducted gas heating install where plumbers and electricians arrived and worked like clockwork while they carried on with their day, with the old unit removed and the new one tucked neatly out of sight. That kind of tidy, well-coordinated job comes up over and over.

Paul's name tends to come up around the quoting and consulting stage, with Ben, Nic, Chris and Grant among the technicians people mention getting out on the tools, and Eleni helping sort scheduling. Several locals point to fair, clearly explained quotes and advice that helped them pick the right system, and more than a few have had the team back for a second job, from storm-damaged evap units to central heating duct repairs. People who have had an issue after an install describe it being sorted without much fuss.

They keep weekday hours and are closed on weekends, so it is best to contact them and check availability. If you are after a new ducted or split system, or need an existing one serviced or repaired, this is an air conditioning technician plenty of people in the area are happy to recommend. Check in with them and see how it compares.
