About Eco Pacific

Eco Pacific works out of Dandenong South, and they're a bit different from most air conditioning contractors you'll come across locally. They've been going for twenty-five years, designing and building their own gear: the Super Star range of gas ducted heaters, Aqua Breeze evaporative coolers, and the AussiVent heat recovery ventilators, alongside servicing of gas ducted heaters covering maintenance, repairs and component replacement. They handle ducted systems and commercial work too.

What locals tend to mention is the professionalism of the people who turn up. We've heard about technicians arriving when they said they would, so there's no waiting around all day, and doing a clean job that includes carting the old unit away. One local picked up a Super Star ducted gas system and spoke warmly about the care the installers took explaining how to run and optimise it. Another had a Daikin inverter put in, with the electrician finishing off, testing the unit and certifying the install. Gerald and Jai come up by name as helpful hands on the tools, and Jai is remembered for a courtesy call afterward to check everything was sorted.

A couple of other things come through clearly: bills matching the quote, licensed technicians, and emergency call-outs when something fails at a bad time. One person called in the morning and had someone out that afternoon to fix a cooling fault.

It's fair to say opinion isn't unanimous, and we've heard the odd grumble about getting a call back for follow-up work. Still, one household around Dandenong South has had a good run out of their system and would point you their way. Give them a call to talk through a system or book a service.
