Why Choose Blain-Air?

Blain-Air delivers split system and ducted installations with clear upfront quoting and responsive communication. Their team turns up when promised, works tidily, and they've built trust across Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs since 1985 with repeat customers who get in touch back for ongoing service and maintenance.

About Blain-Air

Blain-Air has been looking after heating and cooling across Melbourne's Eastern and North-Eastern suburbs since 1985, working out of Doncaster, Victoria. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, ducted gas heating, reverse cycle systems, heat pumps and hot water, for homes and light commercial properties alike. They're an authorised dealer for Daikin, Brivis and Lennox, and they hold ARC certification for refrigerant handling along with licensed electrical and gas fitting accreditation, fully licensed and insured.

People who've had them out talk about clear, transparent quoting with no surprises, work that runs to plan, and a crew that leaves the place spotless. Nick and Sam come up by name as experienced and solution-focused, happy to break down options and costs so you understand what you're paying for, and on the ducted side one local mentioned them passing on the available rebate to bring the price down. Installs tend to arrive on time and get finished without fuss, and more than one person has had a warranty issue sorted promptly after a quick call back. Free consultations and quotes are part of how they work, and they offer same-day emergency service for breakdowns.

It's not all one note. We've heard the occasional grumble about slow call-backs when they're flat out, and one person had trouble getting a response after a scheduling change. Most folks, though, keep Blain-Air on speed dial for the next job, which tells you plenty. If you need ducted or split system work in Melbourne's east, give them a call and get in touch.
