About Auscool Airconditioning & Mechanical Services

Auscool Airconditioning & Mechanical Services works out of its Epping office and focuses on commercial air conditioning across Melbourne, handling repairs, servicing and maintenance along with larger HVAC projects for commercial, retail and government clients. For businesses in Epping, Victoria looking after a commercial property or a bigger building, they offer commercial air conditioning services.

The work that earns them callbacks tends to come from the servicing and installation side. We've heard from people who've used them for both small and larger installs and stuck around to move their maintenance contracts across too, with one local noting every question got answered and the bill matched the quote with no surprise extras. People also mention their technicians turning up on time and keeping in touch, and they handle emergency call-outs when something needs sorting quickly. One point worth a mention: they have women working on the tools, which is something a bit different in this trade. Others describe the team as professional and reliable, with clear communication on major projects.

In fairness, locals are a little split on the scheduling side. We've heard the odd grumble about an appointment day going quiet and a call-back not coming through, though in at least one case the actual job was done properly the day after. If you're booking in, it's worth confirming timing directly with them so everyone's on the same page.

Their office keeps standard weekday hours, so a call during the week is the way to line up a quote or book a job.
