About Premium Air

Premium Air has built a solid name around Ferntree Gully and across Melbourne for ducted and split system work, and the word locally is that the real difference is in how they handle a job from the first phone call. David comes up constantly: people talk about him measuring up every room, laying out several options, and explaining the technical side in plain terms without any pushy sales. More than one household mentions coming to him after another company tried to sell them a bigger unit than they needed, and settling on something that actually suited their home.

The work itself covers split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, and commercial jobs, along with gas ducted heating and evaporative cooling for homes and businesses. The team brings more than 20 years of industry experience to it, and it shows in the detail. Installers like Michael get a lot of warm mention for quiet, efficient work and taking the time to walk people through a new system before leaving. Samantha in the office is often singled out too, for being responsive and easy to deal with with arranging an installation.

People who've had them out point to the tidy finish, turning up when they said they would, and keeping in touch throughout the job. One customer came back for a second system, which tells you plenty about how the first one went. They offer free quotes, and are a fully licenced and qualified team. One household did note some communication hiccups on a larger job, though they also said the team worked hard to sort it out and matched the pricing in the end.

If you're planning refrigerated ducted, a reverse cycle split, or replacing an old gas heater before the season turns, Premium Air is a genuinely helpful air conditioning technician in Ferntree Gully, Victoria to get a quote from. Give them a call to talk through your home and check timing.
