About North West Airconditioning Pty Ltd

North West Airconditioning has been supplying and installing heating and cooling across Victoria since 1985, and the business has grown into one of Melbourne's larger installers of residential air conditioning equipment. From their base in Keilor East, the team handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work for homes, schools and businesses alike. They carry an ARCtick licence and offer an obligation-free quote, so it's easy to ask them to come out and assess the job.

Ask anyone who's had them out and you'll hear about teams that turn up on time, keep you in the loop and clean up properly once the work is done. One local described an evaporative cooling install handled start to finish inside the same week, the crew friendly and tidy throughout. Others point to ducted heating swaps managed with skill and little fuss, and photos shown of the finished service so you know exactly what was done. Commercial property managers and a busy training studio rely on them too, calling the team thorough, responsive and good value.

In fairness, opinion is a little split here. Some people have had a smooth run from quote through to install, while a handful mention chasing up a promised quote or disagreeing over where a unit should go. If placement matters to you, it's worth being clear and confirming the plan before work begins.

They supply and fit well-known brands like Braemar and Fujitsu, and they know the gear inside out. To get a quote or book a service, give North West Airconditioning a call and talk through what you need.
