About Ontop Electrical

Ontop Electrical is a Kensington electrical business that has built a genuinely strong name around the area, and it is easy to see why people keep coming back to them. Based in Kensington, Victoria and working across Melbourne and nearby suburbs, they handle switchboard upgrades, power point installations, lighting, safety checks, fault finding and full electrical fit-outs for both homes and businesses, along with emergency breakdowns when something goes wrong unexpectedly.

The man most locals deal with is Will, and people have plenty of good things to say about him. One local described him arriving to sort faulty lighting and talking through every issue as he found it, easy to reach over the phone and by message, punctual and polite. Another had him install ceiling fans and lights, then clean every fitting and tidy up before leaving. That care shows up time and again: arriving when he says he will, keeping people in the loop, and leaving the place neat. Mark also gets a warm mention for turning up on time and working tidily.

What comes through is a technician who explains the problem clearly, offers practical advice, and works through tricky jobs without cutting corners. People mention him putting proper time into quoting and finding the right solution even when it was not the easiest outcome for him. Fair pricing and clean, careful work come up often, and folks say they will call him first for anything electrical down the track.

They offer free, no-obligation quotes and 24/7 emergency call-outs, and they are a fully licensed and fully insured team. If you need electrical work done around Kensington or wider Melbourne, contact them and ask about availability for your job.
