About Cool Freeze Cooling & Electrical

Cool Freeze Cooling & Electrical has built a solid name among Melbourne households for ducted air conditioning, and it's easy to see why once you hear how people talk about their work. Ducted systems are clearly where this team shines, with reverse cycle heating and cooling installs coming up again and again, often with zoning and AirTouch 5 controllers set up and configured properly. They also handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, and take on commercial air conditioning jobs around Melbourne, Victoria.

What people who've had them out keep mentioning is the care that goes into each install. The team turns up when they say they will, explains the plan clearly before any work starts, and leaves the house clean and tidy at the end. More than one local has pointed to their attention to detail, even when the roof cavity was tight and tricky to work in. Rammy and Garry come up by name often, both for the way they inspect a property properly first and for staying in touch right through the job, including sorting out any setup tweaks afterward.

The common view is the quotes are fair and competitive, with a clear breakdown of what you're paying for rather than a race to the bottom on price. One person who gathered a stack of quotes before committing went with Cool Freeze anyway, simply because the plan made the most sense. The team is made up of licensed technicians, and they've handled everything from smaller multi-head splits to large two-storey ducted setups.

If you're weighing up a new ducted or reverse cycle system in Melbourne, contact them and check in with them.
