Why Choose Gridless Heating and Cooling?

Gridless Heating and Cooling brings together renewable energy expertise and air conditioning work with a team that turns up on time and leaves the job done cleanly. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, and customers consistently report efficient, professional work from the tradies and responsive communication from the office.

About Gridless Heating and Cooling

Gridless Heating and Cooling is a Melbourne-based home energy outfit, and for anyone needing a split system put in, repaired or serviced, they offer those services. Alongside the air conditioning work they handle reverse-cycle systems, solar, home battery storage and heat pump hot water, and the team brings more than 50 years of combined industry experience across renewable energy, HVAC and energy-efficient home technology.

Ask anyone who's had them out and the same points come through: the tradies turn up on the nominated day, work cleanly and efficiently, and know what they're doing. People mention jobs wrapped up without fuss even when the weather turned dreadful, old units hauled away and the site left tidy. A few locals have had Gridless back for a second and third job over the years, which tells you plenty about how the first one went. One person summed it up after an urgent hot water failure: everything was organised smoothly and the tradies were friendly and on time.

The office side draws real warmth too. Aileen comes up again and again for staying in touch, following up the week after an install to check all was working, and helping homeowners sort out government rebate programs where they're eligible. That rebate assistance matters to a lot of people here, with more than one local saying they'd have struggled to replace an ageing system otherwise. They carry licensed technicians, handle emergency call-outs, and a free consultation and quote are on offer, so it's easy enough to get a sense of a job before committing.

Opinion isn't entirely uniform: we've heard the odd grumble about communication once a deposit is down. Most, though, come away pleased enough to point friends and family their way. For Melbourne households weighing up a new or repaired system, Gridless is worth a try to talk through the options.
