Why Choose Australian Energy Upgrades?

Australian Energy Upgrades is highly regarded locally for split system installation, repairs and servicing, backed by consistently professional execution. They turn up when promised, keep customers informed through each stage, and deliver quotes that match the final bill. Their broader work in solar, battery storage, EV charging and heat pumps means they handle rebate paperwork end-to-end, a real help for anyone navigating government incentives.

About Australian Energy Upgrades

The team at Australian Energy Upgrades has built a strong name around North Geelong for split system installation, repairs and servicing, and locals who have had them out tend to come back for the next job. Their work runs wider than cooling too: they design and install solar, battery storage, EV charging and hot water heat pumps for homes and businesses, and they handle the government rebate paperwork from start to finish, which takes a real headache off people's hands.

Ask anyone who's used them and the same things come up. They turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop from the first conversation through to the final switch-on, and they take the time to explain how everything works in plain language rather than sales talk. People who've had them out often mention the install team downloading the app to their phone and walking them through it, and leaving the site clean and tidy with all the packaging taken away. The quote they give is the quote you pay, and quotes are offered free, so there are no surprises at the end.

A few names get mentioned warmly by people who've dealt with them. Jon is known for straight-to-the-point appraisals that put together a system matched to the property, Dean for keeping the supply and installation side running smoothly, and Rick and the rest of the installers for high-standard work. One local who had worked at the energy ombudsman and knew exactly what bad looks like came away genuinely impressed. There has been the odd grumble about getting a call-back after signing, but the overwhelming reputation around Geelong is of a reliable, team that does careful work.

They carry licensed and accredited technicians, and the car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible. Check in with them to talk through what suits your place and to check timing.
