Why Choose BM Heating & Cooling?

BM Heating & Cooling is known locally for turning up on time, keeping customers in touch throughout a job, and delivering work that matches the quote. They handle split system installation and servicing, full ducted air conditioning upgrades for homes and businesses, and custom setups with equal care, treating each job as a tailored fit rather than routine work.

About BM Heating & Cooling

Around Reservoir, BM Heating & Cooling have built a strong name for split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted air conditioning for both homes and businesses across Melbourne. The jobs people call them in for range from a single splitty in a bedroom to full upgrades where old ducted gas heating and tired evaporative units come out and multi-zone ducted systems or a run of split systems go in. One local in a small warehouse studio needed a custom setup with a few quirks, and the word is that BM took the time to work with them rather than treating it as just another job.

People who've had them out talk about the same handful of things again and again: they turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop through the install, and the bill matches the quote with no nasty surprises. There's a lot of goodwill around Ben, who heads up the crew and is known for calling back to answer questions, and around Wyn on the admin and booking side, who locals find genuinely easy to deal with. Technicians like Zac and Ollie get named too, for being friendly, careful and tidy around the house. More than one person has pointed out how neatly the team cleans up at the end of a job, even after a big day in the heat.

It's the kind of air conditioning technician that people come back to. One local had a single splitty put in, was happy enough to book a second a year later, and is already planning a third. Others mention pricing that stacked up well against several other quotes, and advice that helped them get the right system for the space. The business keeps regular weekday hours, so it's best to call to sort out a quote and a booking date.

Worth knowing: the car park and entrance are wheelchair-accessible.
