About The Heat Shop

The Heat Shop is the kind of air conditioning business in South Geelong that families keep passing along to each other. People who have had them out for split system instals, ducted heating and cooling, and servicing tend to come back for the next job.

The word around South Geelong is that communication is where this team really shines. We hear about texts before arrival, updates when the crew turns up, and clear explanations of what is being done and why. One local summed it up nicely, saying it is rare to find skilled tradespeople and first-class service at the same time. Mark and the team come up again and again, along with Zac, Liam, Daniel and Guy out on the tools, and Stacey and Elyse in the office who have a name for walking people patiently through grants and the technical side.

The tidy work gets mentioned a lot. More than one person has come home to a finished install without a speck of dust left behind, as if the crew had never been there. Folks also talk about jobs being sorted properly the first time, and about the after-service that keeps things looking after years down the track. Tricky older homes, awkward replacements and roof repairs left over from a previous build all seem to get handled without fuss.

They run on weekday hours, so it is an option to consider to sort out timing and contact them. For anyone in the Geelong area weighing up a new system or a service on an existing one, this is a team locals genuinely trust.
