About Rise & Cool Group Aus

Based in South Melbourne, Rise & Cool Group Aus has built a strong name across Melbourne's inner city and northern suburbs for heating and cooling work done properly. The team handles split system installation, ducted air conditioning, commercial HVAC, plus repairs and servicing for all makes and models. They hold full refrigeration and air conditioning accreditation (ARCtick) along with a gasfitting licence, and they carry public liability cover. The team brings over ten years in the trade, and it shows in how neatly the jobs come together.

Ask around and you'll hear the same things again and again: they turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop from quote through to finish, and leave the place clean and tidy when they pack up. Plenty of people mention that the final bill matched the quote they were given, which goes a long way. One local was delighted to have two poorly installed split systems swapped out for new units just in time for a cold Melbourne winter; another had a job fall through at the last minute and had Bakri match the original quote and finish it the same day.

Bakri (also known as Barkley) and the team come up often by name, with folks calling them back for the next property or the next unit. People appreciate that everything gets explained clearly, and that the workmanship on both indoor and outdoor units is done with care. They offer free, no-obligation quotes and run an after-hours emergency service for breakdowns.

If you need a split or ducted system installed, repaired or serviced around Melbourne, this is an air conditioning technician worth calling for a quote.
