Why Choose O'Briens Plumbing & Air Conditioning?

O'Briens is valued locally for reliability and care, turning up when promised and keeping the home tidy during work. Their team handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, as well as ducted air conditioning, with the professionalism that comes from pairing refrigeration mechanics with electricians and plumbers. Customers come back repeatedly, which speaks to their consistency.

About O'Briens Plumbing & Air Conditioning

O'Briens Plumbing & Air Conditioning has been looking after the Wangaratta region for thirty years, and in that time they've built a name that gets passed from one household to the next. This is a family-run business, with a team that brings together plumbers, refrigeration mechanics and electricians, so the air conditioning side sits alongside gas heating, evaporative cooling and hot water work. On the cooling front, locals call them for split system installation, repairs and servicing, and ducted air conditioning.

People who've had them out tend to book them again, which tells you plenty. We hear about jobs done neatly inside and out, teams who turn up when they say they will and keep you in the loop from the first quote through to the clean-up. One local mentioned the crew asking whether they needed to take their shoes off before coming inside, even carrying separate "inside shoes" to work safely, which is the kind of courtesy that sticks in your mind. Another described a split system installed and sized properly for the rooms, with the final bill matching what was quoted.

A fair bit of what we hear comes back to the people on the tools. Names like Jesse, Matt and Stephen come up warmly, with folks describing them as polite, efficient and happy to talk through options and brands before any work starts. One customer has mentioned quote options being offered up front rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it number. When something didn't go to plan, like a part supplied incorrectly, people say it was sorted quickly and without fuss.

The team is fully qualified and insured, with accredited plumbers and electricians, and they take on emergency call-outs too. It's an option to consider to check what suits your timing and to get in touch.
