Ask anyone who's used them and the story tends to be the same from the first phone call through to the finished install. Locals talk about a team that turns up when they say they will, keeps you in the loop along the way and leaves the place clean and tidy once the job is done. People come away mentioning how much the technicians explained, walking them through how to actually get the best out of a new reverse cycle or ducted system rather than just fitting it and leaving. Swapping out old evaporative setups for refrigerated systems, servicing multi-head units and sorting out failed air conditioners all come up around town.

The office side gets its own mention too, with folks finding the questions answered clearly before anyone heads out. They offer an onsite inspection and quote, so it's worth asking them to come and look at the job. The impression around Bunbury is warm and steady, the kind that sees people happy to recommend them to friends and come back for the next unit. You can reach Arctic Air during the week to talk through an install, repair or service.
