About Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning

The word around Clarkson is that Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning are the people you call when you want the job done properly from the first phone call to the last duct. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work, and people who've had them out speak just as warmly about the quote and planning stage as they do about the finished system.

Leigh-Ann's name comes up again and again as the one who scopes the job, explains the system in plain terms and sorts out the little extras that make a system suit a particular home. Ask the people who've used them and they'll tell you the installers are a tidy, well-organised crew who turn up when they say they will, check exactly where you want vents and controllers, and leave the place clean. That combination of being on time, keeping you in the loop by phone and email, and not leaving a mess behind is a big part of why people get in touch back for their yearly service and recommend them to neighbours.

It's a women-owned business, and the office is set up with a wheelchair-accessible entrance and car park. Households here have had everything from a single living-room split through to full reverse-cycle ducted replacements handled without fuss, and the follow-up servicing seems to earn the same regard as the original install.

They keep regular weekday hours, so it's best to call and sort out a quote and timing that works for you. For anyone in Clarkson weighing up a new system or needing an existing one looked after, Ford & Doonan are a genuine local favourite worth phoning.
