Ask anyone who's had Ryan out and the same things come up: he turns up on time, keeps you in the loop with calls and emails, and leaves the job clean and tidy. People mention work that looks neat and properly finished, whether it's a split system in a new build or a deep service and clean on an existing unit. He's known for taking the time to explain how a new system works and to sort out the best setup for an older house, and plenty of locals say the pricing came in fair against other quotes they'd gathered.

We've heard Ryan is often able to make time quickly when a unit has broken down, which matters when the heat or a storm catches you out, and emergency call-outs are part of what they do. Several people who've used him describe him as genuine, down to earth and easy to talk to, the kind of technician they're happy to call back for the next job and recommend to friends and neighbours.

The impression around Geographe is that Aiir Turner is a good choice, so it's a sensible option if you need a system installed, serviced or repaired in the southwest.
