About Temp Resolutions
Around Joondalup, Temp Resolutions is the kind of air conditioning business people keep passing along to their mates. The work covers split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with commercial air conditioning, and the name that comes up again and again is Calvin, one of their technicians, who seems to handle the jobs locals talk about most.
Split system installs are clearly their bread and butter. We've heard about older apartments with no roof access, tricky second-storey outdoor units in awkward spots, and multi-head setups in new builds, all handled without fuss. People who've had them out mention how neat and tidy the work is, with proper clean-up afterwards and nothing left behind. Removals of old units and swaps for newer models come up plenty too.
What really earns the goodwill is the way they communicate. Locals talk about getting fitted in within a few days, being kept updated through the day while work's underway, and being walked through brand and model options so they can make their own call. More than one person mentions the quote matching the final bill, which goes a long way on a job like this. On the commercial side, we've heard of a broken fridge being sorted first thing in the morning, with sensible maintenance suggestions offered on top.
Honesty gets a mention as well, with upfront advice and a straightforward, easy manner that people warm to. Emergency call-outs are part of what they do, so it's worth asking about timing when you ring. For a split system at home or something more involved in a commercial space in Joondalup, Temp Resolutions is worth a look. Check in with them and see what they suggest for your place.
