About Big Chill Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Based in Mandurah, Big Chill Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is an HVAC and commercial refrigeration specialist that's earned a genuine following across the area. The team brings over 40 years of licensed industry experience to the trade, and it shows in the work: split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, and commercial jobs including coolroom and refrigeration servicing. They cover Perth metro through to Bunbury.

Talk to anyone who's had Bob and the team out and the same things come up. They turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop from quote through to install, and leave the place clean when they're done. People talk about the honesty too, especially around what actually needs doing versus what can wait. One local had their aircon break after a storm and appreciated Bob being straight about what did and didn't need replacing. Another mentioned the team going to the trouble of aligning a new unit so there was no wallpaper to patch up afterwards, and others point to the care taken hanging ducts to keep attic space usable.

There's a steady stream of families who keep calling them back for the next job, including some whose installs across different homes go back many years. Reverse cycle swaps from old evaporative systems, new installs for rentals, system overhauls for the family home: it's the kind of work people trust them with again and again.

They offer emergency and after-hours call-outs, so it's worth getting in touch to check availability and timing. For a quote or to book a job, give Big Chill a call.
