Why Choose Allen Air & Refrigeration?

Allen Air & Refrigeration is valued locally for keeping commercial clients coming back year after year.

About Allen Air & Refrigeration

Allen Air & Refrigeration handles commercial air conditioning and refrigeration work across Western Australia, from repairs and programmed servicing through to emergency breakdowns. Their team brings over 25 years' experience in the trade, and that depth shows in the sorts of jobs people call them for: hospitality, healthcare, retail, food manufacturing and data centres among them. They also offer round-the-clock emergency breakdown and repair.

The reputation around Port Kennedy is that this is a business commercial clients stick with for the long haul. The general feeling is the team turns up when they say they will, keeps people in the loop while the work is going on, and leaves things clean and tidy. A number of businesses mention being impressed that a tricky fault another contractor couldn't crack got sorted here, with the technician working through the problem methodically and explaining exactly what was wrong along the way. Honest advice and clear, thorough quoting come up plenty too.

People also appreciate the follow-through: courtesy calls after a big upgrade, and a willingness to set businesses up on a maintenance program to keep systems running well. Technicians like Leonard, Cooper and Trent have earned their own share of praise for how carefully and professionally they go about things, and more than one business credits a quick response with saving them real money in downtime.

There's the odd grumble about the cost of parts and a quote, so it's worth asking for a clear breakdown up front. For timing on emergency work, contact them to check availability. All told, this is the kind of air conditioning technician that commercial clients across WA keep coming back to.
