About Air Concepts

Air Concepts is an air conditioning contractor based in Welshpool, Western Australia, handling split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted air conditioning. People who've had them out speak warmly of the team, with Mitchell's name coming up for the care he takes on tricky jobs, including getting to an outdoor unit awkwardly placed and giving it a proper clean and service.

Locals will tell you the crew turn up when they say they will and keep you in the loop along the way. We've heard the team can sort problems in one go, and they handle emergency call-outs too, which matters when a system packs it in during a WA summer. One local who emailed about a leaking unit overnight was called first thing and had it repaired that morning.
