About Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning West Perth
Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning West Perth is a familiar name for air conditioning in West Perth, Western Australia, and people who've had them out tend to contact them back for the next job. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, and commercial work too, so whether it's a single split in a studio or a full ducted system through a tricky old home, they're set up for it.
The reputation around West Perth is that they turn up when they say they will and keep you in the loop from quote through to install. Several people have described tidy work on complex jobs, including lifting units onto roofs and threading ducting through spots other companies said couldn't be done. More than one local has mentioned the bill matching the quote, which goes a long way when you're planning a big upgrade like swapping an old evaporative setup for refrigerated ducted.
Kevin and his team come up again and again, with people pointing to expert advice and genuine care, from the first phone call when a system suddenly fails right through to following up after the install. Technicians like Reuben and Jordan get a mention too for taking the time to set up Wi-Fi controllers and apps, and for patiently walking people (including elderly parents) through how everything works. The kind of follow-through where they come back the next day to sort a small issue is exactly why folks keep returning for their next install or ongoing servicing.
There's a wheelchair-accessible car park on site, and it's worth giving them a call to talk through your job and check in with them.
