Why Choose Ben Rafferty Air & Electrical?

Ben Rafferty Air & Electrical is known locally for careful attention to how the job gets done, they plan carefully before installation, keep you informed at each step, and leave the site clean. Split and ducted systems across the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and beyond are backed by a strong track record of on-time work, quotes that match the final bill, and team members who take time to explain what suits your home best.

About Ben Rafferty Air & Electrical

Based in Alexandria, the team specialises in supplying and installing Daikin Inverter split, Multi Split and ducted systems, along with repairs and servicing. They work across the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore, St George area and the Sutherland Shire.

What people around here tend to mention first is how smoothly the whole thing runs. They come out and quote in your home, take the time to plan where units should go and give honest advice on what style of system suits the place. One local who had a tricky multi-system setup said the team designed a solution no one else could offer. The quote is thorough enough to satisfy strata where that matters, and more than one person has noted the bill matched what they were quoted, with no surprises.

The installers get a lot of credit too. People describe them as polite and efficient, turning up when they said they would and leaving the place clean and tidy afterwards. One local appreciated being shown how to clean the filters and set up Wi-Fi control on their phone. The office side comes up warmly as well, with staff keeping people informed and following through after the job. One local who runs a business has leaned on them for urgent repairs and new installs over many years and wouldn't use anyone else.

Opinion is almost entirely positive, with only the rare grumble about a billing mix-up that was later sorted out. They offer free quotes done in your home, so it is worth giving them a call to arrange one and talk through your options. Check their hours when you ring to sort out timing.
