Best Repairs

Best Repairs is a familiar name around Alexandria for households and businesses that need an appliance sorted, and air conditioners are part of what they handle alongside the washing machines, dishwashers, ovens and fridges they're known for. The team brings over 25 years in the appliance repair trade, and the general feeling is that experience shows up in the way jobs are diagnosed and explained before any work starts.

The things we hear most are the ones that matter when you're letting a technician into your home: they turn up when they say they will, they keep you in the loop, and they leave the place clean and tidy. People mention technicians explaining the problem clearly, running through the repair process and checking the appliance is working properly before packing up. One local described a dishwasher install where the technician asked before drilling and explained why first, which is the kind of considerate detail that gets people recommending them. Pricing comes up as fair, with folks noting no surprises at the end.

A few names get a particular mention. Oscar is spoken of as knowledgeable and easy to deal with, and Gustavo and Italo come up for friendly, efficient work and good communication on installs. People who've had them out for a repair or a replacement tend to say they'd get in touch again without hesitation.

It's fair to say opinion isn't unanimous, and we've heard the odd grumble about how a complaint was handled. But the steady impression around Alexandria is that Best Repairs does careful, professional work and stands behind the basics of showing up on time and finishing properly.

They keep regular weekday hours, so it's a sensible option to arrange a visit and contact them on your repair, service or installation. For an appliance technician in Alexandria, New South Wales who covers air conditioners as part of the job, they're worth a try.
