About Climacool Air Conditioning

Climacool Air Conditioning has built up a solid name around Carlton, New South Wales, and it is easy to see why people keep calling them back. The team handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work, looking after homes along with offices, schools, warehouses, restaurants and the like. They have been operating since 1997 and are fully insured, so there is a long stretch of experience behind the work.

Ask around and a technician named Jay comes up often: people who have had him out mention how knowledgeable and thorough he is, taking the time to explain what he is doing and answer questions clearly. One local called the company very honest, which is the sort of thing that sticks in a neighbourhood. On the office side, Lauren and Sam get warm mentions too, with people describing the communication from the first quote through to the finished install as smooth and easy to deal with.

What comes through again and again is a crew that turns up when they say they will, keeps you in the loop, and leaves the place clean and tidy afterwards. One household had a tricky, far-from-straightforward job and said the team were more concerned with how everything looked at the end than they were themselves. Others talk about problems being sorted the first time, with technicians showing them how to run a new unit before packing up.

It is fair to say not everyone has had a flawless run; one local had a frustrating back-and-forth over a billing notice. That aside, the general word on Climacool is a reliable, professional outfit that people are happy to book year after year for their annual servicing. The business also notes it is LGBTQ+ friendly. If you need a split or ducted system installed or serviced, contact them and check in with them, and check timing for your job with them directly.
