Eastern Air Conditioning

Eastern Air Conditioning has built a strong word-of-mouth name around Kogarah and across New South Wales, and it's easy to see why once you've had them out. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, and commercial work for both homes and businesses, and the team has been operating since 2008 with fully qualified and licensed technicians behind the name.

The thing locals keep coming back to is how straightforward the whole job is. People who've had them out mention technicians turning up when they said they would, keeping in touch, and explaining what's gone wrong and why in plain terms. More than one person has noted the bill matching the quote with no surprises, and plenty remark on how clean and tidy the work is, with old units and waste taken away and no mess left behind. A fair few describe getting the problem sorted properly the first time, including on repair and emergency call-outs when a unit has failed.

Ross and his team get named often for quotes and installs, and the office side gets praised just as warmly for being easy to deal with from the first call. One local who had tried several other companies put it simply: they finally found an air conditioning business they trust, happy to have their annual servicing done at both their home and a rental property. Builders and property people who have worked alongside Eastern for years speak to the same thing: reliability, solid workmanship, and a team that stands by what they do.

The business carries a contractor licence and refrigerant trading authorisation, and its technicians are licensed and insured. They work on residential and commercial systems alike, and they'll put together a quote with honest advice up front. If your air conditioner needs installing, servicing or fixing, check in with them and check timing and availability directly.
