Why Choose Network Air Conditioning?

Network Air Conditioning is highly regarded across Castle Hill for reliable, thorough work on split and ducted systems. Their team arrives on time, keeps you informed throughout the job, and leaves your home as tidy as they found it, whether it's a straightforward service or a complex installation. Check in with them for split system and ducted installation, repairs, servicing, or emergency breakdowns.

About Network Air Conditioning

Network Air Conditioning is a familiar name for cooling and heating around Castle Hill, New South Wales, and the impression around the Hills district is that they do solid, careful work. They handle split system installation, ducted air conditioning, repairs and servicing, and they take on emergency breakdowns too. Ask those who've had them out and the first thing they mention is a technician who turns up on time, keeps them in the loop and leaves the place as tidy as they found it.

A lot of the praise lands on Sarkis, who seems to be the one people ask for by name. Locals talk about him calling ahead before arriving, explaining things clearly as he goes, and sorting problems quickly, from a leaking unit to a heater playing up. One person summed it up nicely: honest, considerate and happy to walk them through what was going on. He is far from the only one, though. Andrea has looked after service and maintenance jobs for homes over a number of years, sorting both standard work and the trickier faults. Lachlan is known for keeping people informed about progress, and Reece and his crew earned real praise for a demanding install where they worked around changing plans without fuss and cleaned up properly afterward.

Bigger jobs don't seem to faze them either. People who have had them replace a whole system, including one that needed craning onto the roof, talk about work that was well coordinated and communicative from start to finish. Teams like Jad, Jayden and Ryan have been described as thorough and respectful of people's homes.

The other thing that comes up is honesty on money: when they give a quote, locals say the bill matches it. Their car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible, and they offer after-hours emergency service, so it is worth calling to check availability for your job. Between the fair quoting and the tidy, careful work, it's plain why people keep asking for them by name.

What Customers Say on Google

Service

“Sarkis from Network/Arrow air conditioning came to my home today to service my Actron Air ducted system. He was fantastic from the time he called 30 mins before coming to the end of the appointment. Extremely considerate and transparent.”

Professionalism

“Sarkis and his team did an absolutely awesome job with our air-conditioner which had to be crane lifted onto the roof and the big heavy old one taken away. Turned up on time, very well coordinated, very communicative.”

Quality

“I can't rate Reece and his crew highly enough. Absolutely superb workmanship, with real care and attention shown to minor details. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and nothing was too hard throughout the day despite some logistical challenges posed by the job and some project scope creep as we asked for some changes to the original plan.”
