We've heard about jobs where another contractor had left a unit poorly installed, and Josh worked through the problem methodically until it ran as it should. People like that he turns up when he says he will, keeps them in the loop when a part has to be ordered, and comes back to finish once it arrives. More than one local has mentioned the bill matching the quote, and that he leaves the space clean and tidy when he's done.

Peter from Bangalow had him replace a door controlling the electronics on a fridge, saving a full replacement, and others talk about compressors swapped out and units restored to proper working order. Families appreciate how he explains what he's doing and passes on tips to stop the trouble happening again.
