Why Choose Shire Air Conditioning?

Shire Air Conditioning is known locally for punctual arrivals, thorough work and straightforward communication. They handle split system and ducted installation, repairs and servicing for homes and commercial sites, and offer free quotes before work begins.

About Shire Air Conditioning

Shire Air Conditioning has been keeping the Sutherland Shire comfortable for 25 years, a family-owned and locally operated business working across both homes and commercial sites. They handle split system installation, ducted air conditioning, servicing and repairs, along with mechanical ventilation and electrical work, covering Sydney's Eastern Suburbs as well. Their technicians are fully licensed and insured, and they'll come out and give you a free quote before any work starts.

Ask anyone around Gymea who's had Michael and his team out and you'll hear the same things: they turn up when they say they will, work cleanly, and don't leave until the job is done properly. We've heard about them installing multiple units at the one home over the years, servicing reverse-cycle systems, and shifting air conditioners from an old house to a new one over a weekend. People appreciate that they explain how to get the most out of a new unit and keep in touch along the way. One local put it simply after a tricky repair involving a rodent and a damaged circuit board: they got it fixed without fuss and warmed the house back up.

There's a real willingness to stand behind their work, too. More than one person has mentioned the team coming back weeks later to adjust things or help troubleshoot, even years after an install. A few names come up around the traps alongside Michael, including James, Steven, Daniel and Nick, and the general read is a crew that knows its stuff and takes the work seriously.

The one thing worth knowing is they can get busy, so if you need a service booked, it's worth calling early and pinning down a time. For ducted and split system work in the Shire, they're well worth a call.
