About Subfloor Ventilation Sutherland Shire

Subfloor Ventilation Sutherland Shire works out of Gymea, New South Wales, handling subfloor ventilation repairs and servicing for homes dealing with damp soil, stale or stagnant air, musty smells and mould in the lower rooms. The usual job starts with a thorough inspection, then a system suited to the access they find on the day: powered fans, ducting, multiple pickup points and balanced airflow across the subfloor.

People who've had them out speak well of the clear quotes that match the final invoice, with the cost explained before the work starts and no surprises at the end. George and Alex both get a mention for being punctual, thorough and easy to talk to, taking the time to explain the options without pushing extras that aren't needed. The crew turns up when promised, keeps in touch through the job, and leaves the place clean with all the old materials carted away. They also take emergency call-outs when a job is urgent.
