Alec's name comes up when people talk about the work, usually with his team alongside him. People talk about clear communication from the first quote through to the last bit of tidying, and about work that shows genuine attention to detail even when the job gets awkward, think old brick buildings or a switchboard in a tricky spot. We've heard they handle older system replacements without fuss, including swapping out units that were well past their day.
A few things come up again and again around the area: turning up when they said they would, keeping people in the loop as the work goes, and leaving the place clean, right down to vacuuming up afterwards. The bill matching the quote is another point locals mention, and the guidance tends to be honest rather than pushy. One local told of Alec coming back more than once, long after the money had changed hands, to get a hinge and a cabinet door sorted properly. That kind of follow-through is why people keep recommending them for the next job.
They do emergency call-outs and offer free, no-obligation quotes, so it's easy enough to get an idea of cost before committing. If you're in the Parramatta area and weighing up a new ducted system, a split install or a repair on an existing setup, ASG Airconditioning is a solid name to call.
