Ricky's name comes up a lot when people talk about this lot, and for good reason. You'll hear he turns up when he says he will, keeps you in the loop about what the job needs, and leaves the place clean and tidy when he's done. We've heard about tricky ducted gas leaks sorted out properly during a summer heatwave, old split systems swapped over for new ones, and routine yearly services handled without fuss. People mention fair, reasonable pricing often enough that it's clearly part of why they keep calling him back.

What makes this team easy to recommend is the way they work through your options rather than just rushing the job. People who've had them out point to clear advice, careful work around the home, and installs that get done efficiently. Emergency call-outs are part of what they offer too, so it's worth checking timing directly with them when the weather turns. The business is also noted as LGBTQ+ friendly.

If you need a new system put in, an old one reconnected, or a ducted setup serviced in the Parramatta area, Cool air Pty Ltd is a genuine local favourite worth phoning. Contact them to talk through what you need and book a job.
