About NT Appliance Spares & Repairs

NT Appliance Spares & Repairs has been looking after Darwin and the wider Northern Territory for around twenty years, handling split system installation, repairs and servicing out of their base in Winnellie. They're a licensed electrical contractor (NT Electrical Contractor Licence number C3968) and carry an Arctick registration, and they work as Darwin's authorised Electrolux service centre, taking on jobs for property managers, retailers, tradies and households alike.

Ask anyone who's used them and the thing that comes up is how well the team keeps in touch. People mention the office staying on the phone to let them know when a technician is on the way, and there's a consistent thread of friendly, helpful reception who make billing and paperwork straightforward, including reports you can pass on to an insurer. The technicians who turn up get described as polite and tidy, and more than one local has been impressed by them turning a repair around quickly even when they were clearly flat out.

The sense around Darwin is that they'll go out of their way when it counts. One person travelling through the Territory lost their only fridge and had a staff member come in on a public holiday to sort a part, which tells you something about how they treat people. We've heard the odd grumble about running late or a repair needing a second look, which is worth a mention, though the general picture is of a team people call back when the next appliance or air conditioner plays up.

They keep regular weekday hours and work reasonable value into their quotes, so get in touch to check availability and timing for your job.
