About Coldpro Pty Ltd
For split system and ducted air conditioning in Brisbane, Coldpro Pty Ltd is a name that comes up a lot through word of mouth. The team handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with full ducted systems, and people who've had them out tend to call them back for the next job. Shane and the crew have worked on homes and investment properties around Brisbane over many years, covering maintenance, repairs and some fairly involved installs like complex internal vented systems.
What locals appreciate is the care taken up front. We hear they take the time to explain what size unit actually suits a space, so you end up with something efficient rather than oversized, and the quote they give is the bill you pay. More than one person has mentioned the work staying on schedule, with the team keeping them in the loop as the job progresses and tidying up properly afterwards. On bigger ducted replacements, they've been known to arrange ceiling patching and painting below the indoor units too, which saves a lot of back and forth.
When a ducted system packs it in during a Brisbane summer, people have found Coldpro able to squeeze them in and get things running again, and they do offer emergency call-outs. The feeling among those who've used them repeatedly is one of trust: fair pricing, professional billing and prompt call-backs come up often.
Opinion isn't unanimous, and we've heard the odd grumble about an appointment being shifted and invoicing that was harder to follow. For most who've dealt with them, though, the experience has been a smooth one. Give Coldpro a call to talk through your system and check in with them.
