Tempered Air Solutions

Tempered Air Solutions handles split system and ducted air conditioning for homes around Caboolture, Queensland, covering the full run of work from supply and installation through to servicing and repairs. People come to them for proper ducted setups, including multi-zone systems with touchscreen and app control, as well as straightforward split system installs in bedrooms and rental properties. The feeling around Caboolture is that they take the time to understand a home's layout and cooling needs before they recommend anything.

What locals keep coming back to is how the whole thing is handled from the first phone call onward. Folks who've had them out mention being talked through the best options and having their questions answered without being rushed, and the office keeps in touch every step of the way, from the initial enquiry to reminders before the booked day. Josh, Ariel, Mitchell and the rest of the team turn up on time (sometimes early, which more than one household has been pleasantly surprised by), explain what they find, and get on with the job.

Tidiness is another thing people single out. On a deep clean service, one local described the technician removing the unit housing, reassembling everything exactly as it was, then wiping down the walls and cleaning up the area before leaving. New installs get tested before the team heads off, and the follow-up afterward is the kind that has people booking them back for routine servicing year after year.

Honesty and clear communication come up time and again, whether it's diagnosing a non-functioning ducted unit or working out how to install split systems that aren't back to back without blocking a window view. Quotes are worked through properly, and the office is upfront about the call-out fee when you ring. If you need a split or ducted system installed, serviced or repaired in Caboolture, Tempered Air Solutions is an easy team to recommend. Check in with them to talk through your options and timing.
